Professional Fruit Cake

PROFESSIONAL & APPRENTICE grades

ONE ENTRY per person/business will be accepted in each section.

Each entry must produce a square fruit cake, NO ICING, NO DECORATION, NO PROTRUDING FRUIT ON TOP.

The fruit cake must contain separate portions of Australian sultanas, currants and raisins, any other dried fruit ingredients must be listed.

Inclusion of nuts must be listed.

Fruit cake can be gluten free AND MUST NOT BE DECORATED.

Fruit cakes are to be received at back entrance of Club Merbein (in Fisher Lane) from 7 to 11 am, Saturday August 17th 2024.
