Professional Plum Pudding

Official Entry Form

Saturday August 16th 2025

ONE entry per registered bakery will be accepted. All professional entries must be registered online by 5 pm Wednesday 13th August 2025. There is no apprentice category.

 

  1. Each entry must be a minimum 800g to maximum 1kg in size and cooked in a pudding basin or cloth.

  2. The pudding must contain separate portions of sultanas, currants and raisins. Any other dried fruit ingredients to be listed.

  3. Inclusion of nuts must be listed.


Puddings can be gluten free and MUST NOT BE DECORATED OR HAVE RAISED FRUIT ON TOP.
 

Entries received from 7 am. All entries to be in by 11 am.
 

Entrants' plum puddings will be transferred on to a tray provided by the committee.

Plum puddings are to be received at back entrance of Club Merbein (in Fisher Lane) from 7 to 11 am, Saturday August 16th 2025.
