Vendor and stallholder application
Sell things on the big day.
A number of sites for market stalls, food vans and similar street vendors are available.
Applications should be received by close-of-business Tuesday July 22, 2025.
All vendors, including those with packaged food products and/or temporary and mobile food businesses must be compliant with the Victorian Department of Health’s FoodTrader registration requirements. Please supply a copy of the Statement of Trade (SOT) with your application.
A minimum of $10 million public liability insurance cover is required. Please supply a copy of your Certificate of Currency with your application.
If your vehicle is required on site, please ensure your site is large enough to fit all of your requirements, as vehicles that do not fit completely within your site will be required to be parked out of the event precinct.

The acceptance of applications is at the discretion of the Committee. No correspondence will be entered into.
