ONE ENTRY per BAKERY ONLY FOR PROFESSIONAL BAKER (NOT APPRENTICE).

Entries received from 7.00 am until 11:00 am.

All entries to be in by 11.00 am. JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT CORRECT TIME.

10 fruit mince tarts to be presented, 6 for judging, 4 for public display.

Tart should have a balanced shape, clean & firm, short crust should be richly baked with even colour with firmness & stability.

Representation of aroma and attraction with matching fruit and spicy flavour showing a good balance.

Unique ideas creativity and technique should be showcased with originality in its conception and execution.
