
Professional Fruit Mince Tart

One entry per registered bakery will be accepted. All professional entries must be registered online by 5 pm Wednesday 13th August 2025. No apprentice entries will be taken in this section.
PLEASE NOTE:
-
10 fruit mince tarts to be presented, 6 for judging, 4 for public display.
- Tart should have a balanced shape, clean & firm, short crust should be richly baked with even colour with firmness & stability.

Representation of aroma and attraction with matching fruit and spicy flavour showing a good balance.

Unique ideas creativity and technique should be showcased with originality in its conception and execution.

Fruit mince tarts are to be received at back entrance of Club Merbein (in Fisher Lane) from 7 to 11 am, Saturday August 16th 2025.
