Notice of AGM Meeting

All positions will be vacant.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide financials for the 2023 event and fill vacancies for Committee Members. This is a great opportunity to work with in your community.

Bakers from near and far around the country will converge on Merbein to find out who has baked the ultimate award-winning Vanilla Slice. Throughout the day there will be live entertainment, children’s activities, vanilla slices to buy and try, wine tastings and market stalls to create a great Family fun day.
In 2022 the Event went ahead successfully with around 5,500 people attending and with approx. 20,000 vanilla slices being sold.
2023 saw inclusion of a fruit cake and plum puddings section which highlighted the amazing dried fruits grown and processed in our region.
