ONE ENTRY per store/outlet will be accepted in each section. All entries must be registered online by 5 pm Wednesday 13th August 2025.

1. Each entry must produce a square fruit cake, NO ICING, NO DECORATION, NO PROTRUDING FRUIT ON TOP.

2. The fruit cake must contain separate portions of Australian sultanas, currants and raisins, any other dried fruit ingredients must be listed.

3. Inclusion of nuts must be listed.

4. Fruit cake can be gluten free AND MUST NOT BE DECORATED.
