Sell ready-to-eat food on the big day.

A number of sites for vanilla slice stalls, food trucks and other food vendors are available.

All applications must be made by Saturday June 29, 2024. Please note that a government FoodTrader Statement of Trade for the event must be approved before application.

I understand that all marquees and similar structures must be secured with 20kg of weight on each leg. I will use no pegging, or securing to street furniture or other fixed items including trees. (It is strongly advised that you supply a shelter structure for any table-based stall.) *

I understand that Commercial St will be closed off at 8am sharp; and that ALL vehicles must be removed prior to this time. The street will be opened at 4pm approximately.

Public liability insurance of $20M is required. Please upload a copy of your certificate of currency in PDF or DOC/DOCX format.

If your application is accepted, and you have requested generator hire or a powered site, you will be contacted about their availability. Payment for these services must be made before the event.

If your application is not accepted, we will refund your food vendor fee.
