Sell things on the big day.

A number of sites for general market stalls are available. If you are planning to sell ready-to-eat food, please use the food vendor application form.

All applications must be made by Saturday June 29, 2024.

No mains electricity or generator to be used

Own generator to be used (in good condition and not noisy)

Generator hire preferred (limited available - $60)

Powered site preferred (limited available - $20)

I understand that all marquees and similar structures must be secured with 20kg of weight on each leg. I will use no pegging, or securing to street furniture or other fixed items including trees. (It is strongly advised that you supply a shelter structure for any table-based stall.) *

I understand that Commercial St will be closed off at 8am sharp; and that ALL vehicles must be removed prior to this time. The street will be opened at 4pm approximately. *

Public liability insurance of $20M is required. Please upload a copy of your certificate of currency in PDF or DOC/DOCX format.

If your application is accepted, and you have requested generator hire or a powered site, you will be contacted about their availability. Payment for these services must be made before the event.

If you have requested more than three adjacent sites, you will be contacted for further details and payment.

If your application is not accepted, we will refund your market stall site fee.
