Professional entries are to be received at back entrance of Club Merbein (in Fisher Lane) from 7 to 11 am, Saturday August 16th 2025.

A free refrigerated courier service for entries is available from Melbourne and Adelaide.

Amateur entries are to be received at back entrance of Club Merbein (in Fisher Lane) from 9am to 12pm, Friday August 15th 2025.

​

The public event will held the next day, on Saturday August 16th.
